These terms apply to purchases made on www.marlinsfurniture.com and to your use of the website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Pricing and errors We work hard to keep prices, descriptions, and photos accurate, but mistakes can still happen. If an item is listed at the wrong price or with wrong information, we may cancel or refuse the order, even after it has been placed. If that happens, we’ll let you know and refund any payment for the canceled order. Prices may change without notice, but a price change won’t affect an order we’ve already confirmed at the correct price.

Product appearance Colors and finishes can look different on screens, and natural materials like wood and leather vary from piece to piece. If you’d like to see an item in person, visit our showroom.

Availability and special orders All items are subject to availability. If an item isn’t in stock, we can order it to the store for you. Lead times average about 4 weeks. They’re estimates from the manufacturer and may change, and we’ll keep you updated if there’s a delay. Special orders require a 50% deposit, can be canceled only within 48 hours of ordering, and can’t be returned. If an item becomes unavailable, we’ll contact you to offer an alternative or a refund for that item.

Returns and refunds Our Return & Refund Policy covers returns and refunds. It includes a 7-day return window and a 20% restocking fee, and it lists the items that can’t be returned (mattresses and special orders). Please read it before you buy.

Warranties Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, where one applies. Except where the law doesn’t allow it, we don’t make any warranties beyond those stated by the manufacturer or on our website.

Financing Financing is subject to credit approval (where required) and to the financing provider’s own terms.

Limitation of liability To the extent the law allows, Marlin’s Furniture isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages related to your use of this website or products bought from us. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Website content The text, photos, and logos on this website belong to Marlin’s Furniture or its suppliers and may not be copied without permission.

Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Warren County, Kentucky, unless the law requires otherwise.

Changes to these terms We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to orders placed while it’s posted.
